Ronald W. Podmilsak
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Podmilsak’s career focused on a wide range of
geospatial issues during his 18 years of service with the US Government. Subsequently, he spent 16 years in private
industry working for companies that included The Boeing Company,
Autometric Incorporated, and the Pacific-Sierra Research Corporation
before forming the company that today bears his name. He has exceptional
reach across the mapping and technology industries, has strong
ties to academia in the geospatial arena, and has a broad knowledge
of and experience with the Intelligence and Defense Communities.
Andrea C. Keilholtz
Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Andrea has over 18 years of experience in business and
program management supporting the Intelligence Community.
She joins us from Integrity Applications Incorporated, where
she was Deputy Director, U.S. Government Sector managing
systems engineering, intelligence analysis and software
development activities related to geospatial targeting for
proprietary customers. Prior to that, Andrea held leadership
positions, including Department and Group Manager at General
Dynamics (formerly MRJ/Veridian) for over 13 years. In this
capacity she created and built a successful geospatial business
focused on complete end-to-end solutions: from systems
engineering and technical support, to software development
and geospatial operational support for a variety of customers,
including DMA/NIMA/NGA, USMC, USAF, DoJ, USDA, and multiple
commercial partners. Andrea brings extensive commercial
industry experience in monitoring the strategic, tactical and
daily activities of business operations.
Robert L. Ferguson is the Vice President, Contracts and
Finance. Over his 36-year career with the US Government, Bob worked
in the Navy, Army, Defense Logistics Agency, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. With his extensive background as
a Government program manager and cost analyst, Bob provides clients
with exceptional program management, business planning, career
track planning, and financial and budget support. Bob has a very
strong background working programmatic budget issues for large
programs, and he has been instrumental in improving the budget
processes of clients.
All Podmilsak Group employees have TS/SCI clearances.
The Podmilsak Group’s Colorado office is poised to:
- Enhance business contacts and opportunities in the primer Colorado Front Range region for geospatial research, education, and applications.
- Maintain access to the large classified Defense / Intelligence infrastructure in Colorado Springs and Denver.
- Engage the commercial high-resolution satellite industry in Thornton and Longmont, Colorado.
